CONTACT US

Close House is usually open weekday afternoons, and Saturdays during term time.

If you’re in danger or concerned about a criminal issue, please call 999 or contact the police.

If a young person is struggling and needs support from home, these helplines are recommended by the NHS.

For The EPICs to come and help with your community event, or to join the EPICs as a young volunteer, give us an email here.

We don’t take referrals from other agencies. Any young person can access Close House by walking through the front door, and it’s important to us that they come along because they want to. If they want to meet a youth worker first to make it easier, drop us a message on social media.

Young people can message the Youth Workers through Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. Messages are received, but will only be responded to within opening hours, so please don’t rely on these channels in an emergency.

The Close House office is open Tuesday – Fridays, 10am – 3pm. Charity or office enquiries should be directed to the email address admin@closehouse.org.uk, or call 01432 274239.

  2. I have a 16 year old foster child who may be interested in participating in this program. Could I get more info please?

  3. Hello

I wanted to chat with Ben at the HVOSS Youth Provision Network Meeting on Wednesday but it wasn’t a great networking opportunity! I would like to thank him for speaking up on behalf of us involved in youth work provision.

My name is Anne Richards and I am the Chair of Trustees for the Basement Youth Trust in Ross on Wye.

Please can you send me an email to the address below so that I can make contact with Ben.

    Kind regards

    Anne
